Recovery period

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 30 days From the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition.

Conditions for accepting returns

• Fabrics and threads must be in their original condition and not cut or used.
• The original packaging must be intact and unopened.
• The presence of the purchase invoice or any proof of purchase.
• Inform customer service within 7 days of receipt in the event of manufacturing defects.

Non-returnable products

• Customized products on demand (OEM/ODM).
• Products that have been cut or used.
• Orders exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt.

Recovery steps

2. State the order number and reason for the return.
3. You will be instructed on how to return the product.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days.

Refund

The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method (bank transfer, cash, etc.). Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the reason for the return is an error by us.

Manufacturing defects

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we bear all return and exchange costs and provide additional compensation depending on the case.
